Section 135
Disposition versions
135. Two permit holders who, on 30 August 2006, occupy the same outdoor play space described in subparagraph 1 of the first paragraph of section 39 may continue to occupy the space provided that the surface area of the space is at least 4 m2 per child, allowing for at least one third of the sum of the maximum number of children stated on each permit to be accommodated.
